Admissions
Thank you for considering Playdate Preschool for your child. The following procedures below are to be followed when applying:
STEP 1
Get in touch with the Play Date Preschool administration to inquire about availability.
Please be advised that a non-refundable registration fee of UGX 100,000 is required.
STEP 2
Pick and fill out an application form from the Admissions Office or download it below. Upon completion, the form should be submitted along with the following documents:
- 2 passport photographs of the child and one for each parent/guardian
- Copy of immunization card
- Copy of birth certificate
- Evidence of payment of tuition
- Copy of national identity cards/passports for parents/guardians
- Copy of identity card for all individuals authorised to pick up the child from school
- Completed Medical Form
- Signed Declaration
- Completed Pick-up Form
STEP 3
Once you have filled and submitted the application form, a confirmation communication of acceptance or other will be made to you. Proof of payment of fees such as a bank slip should be delivered at the Admissions Office after making the payments.
Please note that registration at Play Date Preschool does not guarantee your child a space. Management reserves the right to place a child in the class which is most appropriate, according to their age and current development stage.
Class sizes are also limited, so early registration is advised to avoid disappointment. In case a class is full, your child will be put on the waiting list on payment of a 50% admission fee.

Please reference your child’s name so the correct student account can be credited. Copies of bank slips should be emailed to admin@playdateacademy.com for verification. Receipts will be issued when deposit slips are presented.
Discounts
Sibling Discount: Where applicable, a 5% Sibling Discount is applied to the younger sibling’s tuition fees or the lower of the two fees. Sibling discount does not apply to annual fee payments which are already discounted. Not valid with any other discount.
Annual Discount: 10% discount is applied to fees when paying for a full year prior to 1st September. Annual discount only applies to tuition fees.
Auxiliary Fees
After-School Clubs: Our students are encouraged to sign up for any of our after-school clubs. The clubs are designed to enhance the children’s social skills and enrich their life skills. Each after-school club has a different cost per term so we encourage parents to sign up their children for any club that their child might be interested in.
After-School Club costs can be found at the school so please ask the school administration.
