At Play Date Preschool, we believe that the earliest years of a child’s life are the most important
— and that every child deserves a nurturing, faith-filled environment where they can grow, learn, and truly belong. We are a Christian International Preschool and childcare centre in Bukoto, Kampala, offering programmes for children from 6 months to 6 years. Whether your little one is joining us for Day Care or taking their first steps into nursery and preschool life, we are here to make that journey warm, safe, and full of wonder.
What We Believe
We don’t just teach children what to know — we teach them who they are. Our goal at Play Date Preschool is to inspire a genuine love of learning in every child, and to plant seeds of faith that will grow with them long after they leave our classrooms.
Our Curriculum
We use the Abeka curriculum — a research-backed, Christian-based programme trusted by schools in more than 150 countries. It is age-appropriate, engaging, and built around strong academic foundations. Our focus areas include Language & Literacy, Numbers, Writing, Bible, Arts & Crafts, and an introduction to Science and World Studies.

Leaving your child in someone else’s care is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make as a parent. At Play Date Preschool, we take that trust seriously. Our nursery and childcare environment in Bukoto is safe, cosy, and designed to feel like a second home — for your child and for your family. We look forward to welcoming you.
Small Classes. Real Attention.
We keep our class sizes intentionally small — a maximum of 10 children per class, with one teacher and one teacher’s aide. This means every child at our Bukoto childcare centre gets the attention they actually need to grow, not just a seat in a classroom.
